Our processing facilities are among the industry’s most modern--utilizing many leading ergonomic and environmentally efficient practices from reducing incoming handling and repetitive motion activities through the use of material handling slings, rail and conveyor systems to low temperature, low alkaline wash formulas, water reclamation systems and our many recycling programs. Our production facility is not only among the most efficient but also one of the safest and environmentally responsible in the industry.
All of our garments are bar-coded for specific wearer identification and information reporting. We can give a specific and accurate account, department, and wearer information to our customers at any time, and can allow internet based account management. We can also provide detailed reports upon request.
As the garments enter the processing facility, they will be properly dispatched into the correct processing category, loaded via monorail system into the fully automated; computer controlled wash/dry system. From this point on, until hanging and inspection, the process is automated and provides a greater degree of consistency and control.
After the wash/dry process, the garments are belt conveyed to the hanging stations, where the operators, using ergonomically approved automated hanging devices, inspect each garment for mends, holes, buttons, zippers, wear and needed replacement. The garments are hung properly, finished, and assembled in order by individual wearer. Before the garments leave the plant, they are scanned to ensure proper returns.
