Our Zero Defects Quality Control Program is a plant-wide team effort to ensure that over 95% of all our rental garments are leaving our facility with “zero” defects. We are very pleased to be one of the first to establish the “zero defects” policy and have been averaging 96% to 98% the last two years. Our stockroom is dedicated to providing on-time garments for new employees and replacements, when needed, with a quality program that is running at 99% to 100%.
